Flowerz is a theatre night dedicated to street and club dance styles, taking place at Factorium Cultuurmakers. The event was created by Petra, a fourth-year student at Fontys Dance Academy, who noticed the lack of spaces where dancers from street and club cultures can develop their work within a theatre environment.

During the evening, both professional dancers and emerging artists will present performances that explore how street and club styles can translate to the theatre stage while remaining connected to their cultural roots. The programme is carefully curated to create a dynamic experience for the audience and to give space to new voices within the scene.

Flowerz aims to create a meeting point between street dance culture and the theatre world. By bringing artists, audiences, and young dancers together, the event offers a platform for exchange, inspiration, and the continued development of street and club dance within a theatrical setting.

Flowerz is een theateravond gewijd aan street- en clubdansstijlen, die plaatsvindt bij Factorium Cultuurmakers. Het evenement is opgezet door Petra, een vierdejaars student aan de Fontys Dance Academy, die merkte dat er een gebrek is aan plekken waar dansers uit de street- en clubcultuur hun werk kunnen ontwikkelen binnen een theateromgeving.
